About Dean

My training includes; Psychology, hypnosis, meditation, bodywork, martial arts, herbal medicine, nutritional medicine, biofeedback and neurofeedback, Somatic Experiencing and other forms of psychotherapy (including psychodynamic, somatic, cognitive, humanistic and gestalt therapy).

I have a special interest in working with Anxiety (and related conditions), Depression, peak performance, trauma (current or past), stress / burn out, personality, chronic illness and helping clients to change their brain and live life to the fullest. However, I am open to working with anyone who is committed to their own transformation.
